No dance experience needed!Pilates fused with simple fundamental dance conditioing exercises .Warm up standing up then progress to the floor for an amazing workout for abs, legs, gluts & arms! Work, Stretch, breath & release!
STRETCH CLASS
This class begins with a traditional Pilates warm up to mobilize the spine then dynamic circular movements of Gyrokinesis. We proceed with a warm body to lengthen all you own! This class finishes with a relaxation.

Through dynamic music rhythms’ you will be taken through simple movement patterns that leave you free to explore your own language of your soul! MOVE is done barefoot, to music ,and delivers cardiovascular and whole-body conditioning.
MOVE is self-guided and encourages individual discovery and relationship with ones intuitive body, letting the body lead- thus it adaptable for any fitness level, from stiff beginners to highly fit athletes. You will learn how to physically interpret and internally direct your actions and choices, and to listen to the voice of your body and allow the body to be your guide. ...PLUS a 20 minute Pilates & Yoga inspired floor workout.
No experience necessary. Yes you can MOVE...its freeing, it’s expanding, and it’s time to express the language of your body!
