Discover "The Groove Method" &  the passion of the movement comes alive through expression of the soul to rhythms of music! This unique program allows you to discover the elements of movement. Your MOVEment! Your dance! Through dynamic music rhythms’ you will be taken through simple movement patterns that leave you free to explore your movements. MOVE is done to  amazing music , and delivers cardiovascular conditioning by finishing with a 10 minute stretch & relaxation!  COME OUT AND PLAY!!! You WILL laugh & dance & want more!!!

No experience necessary. Yes you can MOVE...its freeing, it’s expanding, and it’s time to express the language of your body!

Strength  MOVEs!

Pilates and Yoga fused for fundamental conditioning exercises .Warm up standing up then progress to the floor for an amazing full body workout. Work, Stretch, breath & release...in this ultimate mind-body experience.

 

Restore & Rejuvenate MOVEs! 

This class begins with a warm up to mobilize the spine then dynamic circular & spiral movements.We proceed with a warm body to lengthen all you own. This class finishes with a relaxation.
