STUDIO POLICIES
All classes are pre-booked, pre-paid and non-refundable
Cancellations required 8 hours in advanced if makeup is requested.
Make up classes are based on availability basis. We will do everything possible to accommodate you.
Make up classes to be completed in the same Block you missed class in, unless pre-arranged OR we are near the end of a block. Make ups are done in a class that is NOT your regular class.Reformer classes can be made up in Mat classes
Please know, we understand there are always unforeseen circumstances, please communicate these to us so we can help you!
Please inform your instructor prior to class should you be dealing with any injuries in that class.
Please turn cell phones off while in the studio. (Please inform the instructor if there is an occasion you must leave it on and on vibrate)Please be on time!
If you are 5-10 minutes late you will be asked to do your own warm up and then join in on the class. If you are more than 10 min. late you may be refused class participation for your own safety.
Your commitment to 100% of your best work in class will help your instructor and more importantly YOU!
