ARE YOU NEW TO THE STUDIO and /or PILATES?
All new students are required to book an initial private consultation, postural analysis & review of basic principles or assesment classif you have previous experience.(60 min. session: Cost $40)
All new Beginner Pilates students are required to attend an Intro to Pilates Combo Program or 5 Private sessions. ( Group Program Cost: $120.00 OR 5 private sessions Cost: $325)

SCHEDULED CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Equipment classes accommodate 4 people max & Mat 10-15. Classes vary from s 45-60 min.
EQUIPMENT: Reformer/V2 Max, Cadillac /Barrels , Chair
INTRO TO PILATES COMBO/ COMBO : 10Mat/10 Reformer Fundamental exercises
JUMPBOARD + : Emphasis on elevating heart rate using the Jump board and reformer
PILATES MAT: Classical Pilates Repertoire
CORE+ MAT: Pilates and Core variations & Stretches.
PILATES + : Classical Pilates Exercises & Classical Yoga Stretches
STRETCH: Pilates warm up, essential total body integration work and stretches.
FDC : Fundamental Dance Conditioning in Mat and Equipment: (Mat classes based on Classical Pilates) Please enquire.
